For 2022 President’s Recognition Program Representatives
Campaign 25, 2023-Campaign 26, 2024
(December 6, 2023-December 31, 2024)

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

• For all Representatives who have achieved President’s Club or above (Honor Society through Inner Circle) in 2022.

• The Representative’s account must be active and in good standing (past due no more than one campaign with a balance of less than $500) each campaign beginning in Campaign 25, 2023 to qualify for the President's Recognition Program 2023 Incentive (“Incentive”).

• To qualify for this Incentive, a Representative’s account must remain in good standing through the close of Incentive, Campaign 26, 2024, or the account will be disqualified. Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for past due account balances over $500, at any point in the review process.

• Two campaigns of grace will be given during this Incentive period, Campaign 25, 2023-Campaign 26, 2024, to keep the 2022 PRP earnings level. If any additional campaign orders are missed, or if order size does not reach the $65 minimum, beyond two campaign orders, the Representative’s earnings will reflect their previous sales status earned in 2023. Your earnings level will be reflected in the next campaign after you miss your third qualifying order of $65 or more.

• Examples:

  1. A Representative ended 2022 at President’s Club, 40% commission. In 2023 they achieved Silver Level and are eligible for this incentive. In 2024, they missed more than two campaign orders at $65 minimum. Their earnings will now reflect their 2023 achievement title, which was at Silver Level, 25%.

  2. A Representative ended 2022 at David H. McConnell, 50%. In 2023 they achieved Honour Society Level at 45% and are eligible for this incentive. In 2024, they miss more than two campaign orders at a $65 minimum. Their earnings will now reflect their 2023 achievement title, which was Honour Society Level at 45%.

  3. A Representative ended 2022 at President’s Council, 50%. In 2023 they achieved Honour's Society and are eligible for this incentive. In 2024, they miss a total of 3 campaign orders at a $65 minimum. Their earnings will now reflect their 2023 achievement title, which was Honour Society, 45%.

• The 2023 Incentive Title Achievement will not count toward the achievement of any National or Provincial title achievement awards.

• Rewards received cannot be substituted or transferred.

• Avon reserves the right to adjust rules and regulations or cancel the Incentive at any time, at its sole discretion.

HOW TO EARN YOUR BUNDLE:

All Representatives: Place qualifying campaign orders at or above your minimum order size goal 5 out of the 6 campaigns during Campaigns 12-17 and earn an exclusive free product bundle, redeemable in your Campaign 18 or 19 orders.

• Order size must be $200+ to qualify each campaign.

• Order size goal must be achieved in 5 out of the 6 campaign periods during the incentive to achieve. You are allowed one grace campaign to miss a qualified order and still earn the reward.

• By participating, Representatives agree that Avon will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Representative against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the reward (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Incentive.

• 1900s accounts & employee accounts cannot participate in this incentive.

For Bronze/Silver and Gold Representatives
Campaigns 12-17, 2024

RULES:

• Bronze & Silver Level – When you place $100 or more in cumulative orders in a campaign, you’ll earn a coupon code for free shipping on your next campaign order.

• Gold Level – When you place $200 or more in cumulative orders in a campaign, you’ll earn a coupon code for free shipping on your next campaign order.

• All coupon codes will be sent via email the beginning of each campaign after achieved.

• Representatives can earn Free Shipping coupons in back-to-back campaigns.

• Coupon codes will be active for two campaigns, if not used in those campaigns the Representative forfeits the reward.

• Order must be a minimum of $25 to use the Free Shipping codes earned.

• All Award Sales including online sales are eligible per campaign.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Representatives must be in compliance with all terms and conditions for the “Avon NEXT Rebooted” Incentive as well as the Avon Independent Sales Representative Contract Terms and Conditions and the Business Policies and Procedures for Avon Independent Sales Representatives.
